The Reiki-initiation in the first Degree gives you the opportunity to use Reiki for yourself and your friends.

Seminar content:

  • Basic knowledge of the Reiki method (history, properties of Reiki)
  • Opening of the Reiki channel
  • treatment of others, self-treatment
  • Short treatment
  • Chakra balancing
  • Japanese traditional techniques
  • exercises for self-purification and development (to stimulate the Reiki energy)
